FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THE PIMLOTT FOUNDATION
We are pleased to announce that our secondary partnership school will be The Gilberd School, Colchester and our primary school partner is St John’s Church of England Primary School. We will be working closely with these schools throughout 2019/20, offering opportunities for young people and teachers to work alongside professional musicians. If your school is interested in being a future Pimlott Partner school, please get in touch here.
STEVEN PIMLOTT’S LEGACY
The Pimlott Foundation was established 2007 in memory of Steven Pimlott, inspired by his versatility, passion and love of music making. The Foundation’s aim is to bring together aspiring performers with professionals. We promote concerts and live events whilst also delivering an educational programme which supports performing arts in the local area.
YOUNG MUSICIANS’ CONCERT SERIES
Are you a talented young musician, or do you have a family member or friend who is? Would a concert be good experience and help in promoting or furthering your musical career? The Pimlott Foundation can help by offering Old House Barn as a venue, and help publicising your concert. If you are interested in joining our Young Musicians’ Concert Series, email Daniela Bechly or Helen Thorne for details.
